Shipping and Returns

We are Vankit (UK) Ltd a company registered at Mill House, Mill Court, Great Shelford, Cambridge, CB22 5LD  (No 6810984). When you (the person named on the order) place an order with us we do business together under the following terms:


We offer goods for sale through, our website and over the telephone. Our prices vary from time to time and printed material such as catalogues or advertisements will always show our best prices at the time of printing.


The prices we quote always exclude VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20%)


All of our goods are offered to you on a payment with order basis. Your payment is due when we dispatch your goods. We accepted all major credit cards, debit cards or cheque. We can only accept your order accompanied by payment in full.


We will normally dispatch your goods within 2 days and delivery will normally be within 3-5 working days. The goods become your property on dispatch to you.


We will deliver your order to any UK Mainland address. Our standard delivery uses a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within 3-5 working days. If you live off the beaten track or the carrier finds your address more difficult to find your delivery may take a little longer. With some of the more remote areas such as the highlands of Scotland delivery can take longer. Surcharges are applicable for deliveries to the following areas of the UK:

Northern Ireland
Isle of Man
Scottish Islands
Jersey / Guernsey
Isle of Wight
Scilly Islands

These charges are waived for orders over £2000

Northern Ireland Shipping

In order for us to ship any products to Northern Ireland, you MUST have a valid EORI Number. If you are not VAT registered you can still apply for the EORI Number.

TSS declarations are a mandatory requirement for any goods moving across the Irish sea to NI from GB therefor you will need to advise us of your TSS registration number. Click here to register

Receiving Orders

Unless we have your written authorisation, we will always require an authorised signature when delivering goods to you. If an order is received from a residential address, we will contact you to arrange a day for delivery as some goods may be dispatched palletised. If it is a business address, the goods will be dispatched as standard.


We normally deliver from stock. If we are out of stock we may delay dispatch of your order for 2 to 3 days. If a longer delay is anticipated we will keep you informed of status. You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order.


If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time prior to dispatch. Our order turn around time is very short. Please call us to arrange cancellation


You may return the product within 28 days at your own shipping expense. Once the goods are received in good condition we will refund you 90% of the order value as there is a 10% restocking fee.

Our Mistakes

We are constantly updating our products prices and offers. We are confident of our technology and staff but acknowledge that human error is always possible. If goods are offered for sale incorrectly we will always try to honour our offer. There may be rare circumstances where it is not possible for us to do so. In such cases we will contact you and explain the situation, if we are unable to resolve the matter fairly with you we reserve the right to refuse your order and refund any payment you may have made.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Strikes, wars, acts of terrorism or even power cuts interfere in our ability to meet our commitment to you. We accept no liability for any failure which is due to such unforeseen circumstances or any other situation outside our control.


Nothing in these Terms of Business affects your statutory rights or limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence. If there is a problem you may receive a refund or replacement under the terms of our Guarantee. Our liability to you is limited to a full refund for the goods purchased. We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures unless you have requested a premium delivery option. In these circumstances our liability to you will be limited to a refund of the delivery charges you have paid. Our liability to you specifically excludes compensation for indirect or consequential loss or damage however it arises and except as described above will always be limited to a refund of your payment.

Installation of Products

Installation instructions will be provided with all products dispatched. Vankit (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible for damage to vehicles or personal injury whilst installing the products & after installation.


These terms of business will be interpreted and adjudicated under English law.
